Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

For days when you’re not sure what you’re in the mood for, head over to the Pruneyard Shopping Center. The open-aired location offers a mixture of high-quality retailers and tasteful bites, like the Orchard City Kitchen or the ever-popular Luna Mexican Kitchen (and much more).

Feel like catching a movie and enjoying some theatre popcorn? The Pruneyard also has a great cinema you can enjoy. Check out the latest and hottest films in the industry at the Pruneyard Cinema before heading back towards Downtown Campbell to dine at A Bellagio. The restaurant brings you traditional Italian dishes and is often packed, so making a reservation can be handy.

There’s no shortage of incredible eateries in Campbell, making it the perfect neighborhood for foodies. Willard Hicks is one of the most well-known restaurants in the downtown area and brings you wood-fired entrees with handcrafted cocktails. On special occasions when you dine at WH, a DJ or live musician might perform while you eat. The atmosphere is always cozy, and the menu is lengthy, making it easy to try something new each time you visit.

Things to Do

If you plan to be in Campbell, mark your calendar for the Downtown Campbell Oktoberfest, a two-day Bavarian-themed festivity. The event includes many foods, arts and crafts, live music, contests, and plenty of beers and wines.

Outside October, you can always explore the Farmer’s Market that hosts Oktoberfest. The open-air market is filled with street vendors selling fruits, vegetables, and homemade crafts. It is open almost every Sunday of the year; you can spend hours enjoying live music while you shop for gifts and produce.

On days when the sun feels neverending, head over to the Los Gatos Creek County Park. The area is pet-friendly and is one of the most active parks nearby. You can go running, hiking, fishing, biking, skateboarding, and more. The location is excellent for hosting a picnic, sitting, and enjoying nature by the water. Campbell has also made a considerable investment in its park playgrounds, such as the one at John D. Morgan park, and these are a popular choice for those with younger children.
